Government Launched ‘Madad’ to address the grievances of the students studying abroad….
Indian Government recently launched the Madad portal as part of the Ministry of External Affairs. This portal is intended to serve all the students of India who are studying abroad and addressing their grievances via web portal. Consular Services Management System (MADAD) allows users to register grievances relating to the Consular Services being offered by the Indian Missions /Posts abroad.
Madad Portal Student Online Registration at madad.gov.in
- Visit the website at www.madad.gov.in
- Register yourself as a new user by clicking on New Student Registration link in the homepage
- Complete the form and then submit the form to finish the registration process.
- Now you can login to your new account and update your contact details and your education or course details in your account.
- The mandatory information you need to enter while registering in the portal includes First Name,Passport Number,Date of Birth,E-Mail,Mobile Number,Current Address of the person about whom the grievance filed, and Recruiting Agent.
- To submit a grievance, you can click on the Grievant Registration and insert all the required details and then submit.
How to Track Grievance Status of Application
All your submitted grievances can be tracked online in the Madad portal itself. To track them you need to click on the Track Grievance Status and then enter the Grievance Id in the field and submit to get the grievance information.
Madad Mobile App
Madad services are also available on the smartphones. To use the services on mobile you need to download the Mobile app. It is available on both the Android and iOS platforms.
