UBDMIS is known as Unified Birth & Death Registration Management Information System. In the ubd.ap.gov.in web portal provides information about on Search AP Birth Death Records in ULBs, Search Birth Details in Gram Panchayat, Search Death Details in ULBs, Search Death Details in Gram Panchayat, Search Registration Unit, MeeSeva Application Status in Andhra Pradesh State People.
How to Search AP Birth Death Records Details in UBDMIS website
- First of all visit the official website i.e http://ubd.ap.gov.in:8080/UBDMIS/
- After Click on the Search Birth Details option in the Citizen Section. The Section will be available in right side of the screen.
- Application form will be opened on your screen. In that Form first select the Registration Unit.
- Enter the Registration Number, Hospital Name, Registration Year, Old Registration Number, Name of Child, Name of Father, Name of Mother, Surname of Child, Surname of Mother, Place of Birth, Time of Birth, Permanent Address.
- Select the Male / Female options, Sign Status.
- After entering those all fields Just Click on the Submit Button.
